Here at BRaG HQ, things are really hotting up for our most enjoyable event of the year. Whether you are coming for the first time, a regular, volunteering for the first time or planning a good few days of prep for this event - It is a lot of fun and this year feels like its going to be a good one.
But how can we all make sure it's going to be a great night - here are a few top tips.
Get your tickets early, don't be disappointed. We've not sold out yet, but we do have a numbers limit in the garden. Get your tickets here.
Dress up!! Come on - you know you want to. Lederhosen? Dirndl? or anything that you think is fun and Oktoberfesty.... one year one of our regulars came dressed as a Hot Dog!!
Amazon do some great stuff and even better - if you use these links the BRaG charities get some revenue from your spending..

Dirndl - https://amzn.to/3Tq7TAk

Pre order your food - Use the ticket link above to make sure your BRaGwurst or Vege Jackwurst is on that BBQ. We cannot guarantee that any non ordered food will be available on the night. The BBQ will run from 5pm to 8pm (approx)
Bring the kids - Under 10s are free and until 7pm we expect to have the games out in the garden. A great time to enjoy the vicarage garden at its calmest with tunes from Hans and Heidi and the BRaG bar at your disposal.
Get a baby sitter - Need to take the kids back? or fancy a night our without your beloved - BRaG can put you in touch with a local baby sitter (normally a very local BRaG trusted teenager). Drop us a message (via email or use the street whatApp group ) if you need some info.
Come early, stay late - We love these sort of guests - music to our charities ears. Garden opens at 4pm, Hans and Heidi kicking off at 5:30 and we will smash the last hour with massive tunes from DJs Pony and Gold, but even when the music stops, we can keep the bar going until Midnight.....Shhhhhh
Get involved! This is great event to help out. Shifts on the bar are a lot of fun. But meeting the BRaG committee and getting involved is a great way of meeting new friends and neighbours. We have a lot of new residents and everyone is welcome at the Oktoberfest, its a truly community event and we love it. If you want to help out, even if only for one hour. Please send us a message to info@bragstreet.org
