Access - If you do need to move your car between 10am and 10pm, please drive very slowly. Leave Gibbon road by driving away from St Lukes Church to Richmond road or Acre road, after 10am you will not be able to cross the GR/BR junction.

Tables - If you have hired a table from BRaG this will be available from 1pm, remember that you will need to bring your own chairs (the narrower the better - wide camping chairs fill the space around the tables very quickly).  If bringing your own table and chairs these can be put in position at the ends of the rows on Gibbon Road from 1pm.

Food - There are no food outlets on site until 6pm, sweets & snacks only. From 6pm The Grey Horse and Dimas Kitchen will be available in the Vicarage Garden.

BRaG Bar open all day, Beer, Pimms, Wine, Soft drinks. Use of the bar gives us vital funds towards our BRaG charities.

Pre booked jugs - From 2pm in the Vicarage garden unless you have agreed a different time.

Bone Idyll Gin Bar open all day

If you do BYOB please avoid bringing any glass. Plastic cups if possible, cans of beer, boxes of wine. If you do bring a bottle then please use a sleeve to protect it and prevent broken glass.

History Exhibition - We have a fantastic history exhibition in Swinnerton hall open from  1pm to 5pm. David Hassard from Kingston Aviation will be conducting two 15 min talks at 1:30pm and 2:30pm in Swinnerton hall.

Children's Activities - 2pm-5pm - Visit the activities area adjacent to St Lukes Church on Burton Road to have your face painted, for temporary tattoos, to make bunting or crowns or have some photos taken with our props. Please note that whilst our volunteers are facilitating these activities, parental supervision is essential and we take no responsibility for your children.

Souvenir Programme - If it’s not on your table, then please collect from the Info tent in the Vicarage garden from 2pm.

1:45pm to 8:30pm on the main stage outside of St Lukes Church, live music to enjoy while we celebrate the jubilee. Dance on the street and show our wonderful entertainers your appreciation.

From 9pm - Jubilee disco in the Vicarage Garden (wristband holders only) with Djs Pony and Gold and a special guest performance from MC Tiddlz

Waste/Rubbish - Every table has a black bag and there will be many dotted around the site. We all have to take responsibility for the state of the street after the event. Please use the black bag and take your waste home with you and recycle accordingly.

If you have supported the event by volunteering for a shift then please arrive on time for your shift, if in doubt then ask at the info tent

Remember we are all volunteers, no-one is being paid, we are not a commercial group and we are doing our best. Things might not go perfectly to plan so please bear with us.

Clean up - We need all hands on deck at about 8:30 to enable us to clear the road of tables, bunting and rubbish. Please stick around to help before you leave or go to the disco.

Thank you - for your support. It’s a charity event, please dig deep, donate, buy our drinks, cakes, snacks and sweets and above all have a great time.
